The Fiorucci Naturally Aged Specialties range:

  • Coppa: flavourful, naturally aged with the expertise of Fiorucci artisans
  • Pancetta: mild or smoked version, straight or rolled; both variations are also available in 140gr takeaway packs
  • Bresaola: also available with PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) logo
  • Carpaccio: delicate, light flavour
  • Sirloin with Pinot: carefully trimmed meat, flavoured with Pinot
  • Speck: high nutritional value with a moderate calorie count
