The channels targeted by this range are: Collective Catering (canteens) and Commercial Catering (Bars, restaurants and pizza houses), the latter being served either directly or through Distributors. Another channel is the food service industry to which the Company supplies specific products which the customer uses as raw materials to make other products, such as, for instance, tortellini or other ready-made specialties.

THE RANGE: Fiorucci Foodservice can offer professional catering 600 different products including salami and cured meats, cheeses, balsamic vinegar and other special products.

• CATERING PLATTERS: an assortment of the best FIORUCCI salami and cured meats , already sliced and placed in the innovative packaging which ensures maximum freshness and offers the advantage of occupying very little space.
• SPECIAL SIZES: Cooked and raw hams supplied with fat already trimmed off, round-shaped, loaf-shaped, brick-shaped, trimmed to toast size for quick slicing without any waste. Spicy salami for pizzas and many other specialities.
