The headquarters of the Gruppo Alimentare Cesare Fiorucci, certified ISO 9001:2008, is one of the most modern and advanced plants in Europe.
Situated in the heart of the Roman countryside, in Santa Palomba, it is a veritable citadel extending over a surface area of about 240,000 square meters.
The Fiorucci quality figures: specialist workers co-ordinated by "master pork butchers" (the department heads); many cutting-edge production units specialised by product category (mortadelle, cooked ham, salami, frankfurters, roast hams, cured specialities, sliced products and sausages). There are also researchers, including engineers, biologists and chemists who operate in the SINAL accredited laboratory and in the 2000 square meters research centre for the study of new products, packagings and technologies.
