An Internship at Cesare Fiorucci Spa allows the Intern to gain experience working along side the line manager of different directions, developing their own skills.
They are provided with a challenging environment and the opportunities to demonstrate their skills and abilities.

The Company is always evolving and requires fresh minds to challenge current processes with NEW IDEAS. The selection process is diverse and specific depending on the position.
For Graduates: Assessment Centre - group and individual activities designed to display competences in the required areas - followed by an interview with the line manager.
For Senior Executives: Initial interview with Human Resources followed by a second interview with the line manager.

Cesare Fiorucci Spa provides a realistic work environment with full supported training for a period of at least 6 Months.
In this period the Company and the Intern develop a better understanding of each other.
The Intern is able to gain a deeper understanding of the business and is responsible for the success of his project while the Company is able to better know the full potential of the Intern.
