Sales Department:
Fiorucci operates in no less than three distribution channels (traditional, modern and FoodService -through the dedicated company, "Fiorucci Food Service") each with different needs and has a sales network , which operates throughout the Italian national territory.

Marketing Department:
This Department is responsible for devising effective marketing plans using a team that takes care the different product families and lines of business in the distribution channels in which work Cesare Fiorucci.

Export Department:
The Export team successfully sales our products abroad, with its own Marketing & Sales structure and a Customer Service team prepared to speak the different languages of the world.

Department of Auditing, Research&Development and ICT:
This department includes three areas, which are distinct yet have the common aim of guaranteeing and maintaining the quality and innovation that have always characterised Fiorucci products.

Industrial Department:
The heart and production centre of the company.
The Industrial Department includes the following areas:

• Production
• Logistics
• Engineering
• Purchasing

Administration, Finance and Control Department:
Performs an increasingly strategic and significant role; all the Group's decisions stem from the work carried out in this area. his Department controls the activities involved in accounting, supervision of administrative flows, taxation obligations, cash management, economic and financial planning throughout the Group.

Department of Human Resources and Legal Affairs:
Fiorucci adopts a style of of human resource management that gives major consideration to the person, to guarantee the right balance between the professional and private lives of its over 600 employees. The areas that make up this Department are: Legal Affairs, Administration, Management and Development (selection, training, internal communication), Industrial & Union Relations, and General Services.
