Fiorucci's production units are 4:

Langhirano (Parma): production of sliced Parma Ham (400 tons per year).

Felino (Parma): production of Parma Ham and foreign cured hams (MEC), production capacity of 330,000 pieces.

San Daniele del Friuli (Udine) property of Nuova Mondial S.p.a., where the San Daniele DOP ham is produced under the control of the San Daniele protection consortium with a capacity of 150,000 pieces (75,000 pertaining to Fiorucci).

Richmond (Virginia): for the production and marketing in the North American markets of Fiorucci deli meats specialties (salamis, mortadelle, cured and cooked hams, roasted products) and with an annual production capacity of 16,000 tons.
