The line of Fiorucci 100% Natural salami and cured meats is prepared only by using natural ingredients, without any artificial flavourings, additives or antioxidants of chemical origin. This does not compromise the preservability of the product nor its taste which are guaranteed by the "Fiorucci 1850 Method" which, besides the "100% Natural" option, establishes that the best pork meat is selected and that traditional cooking times are observed. The line was awarded in Italy Product of the year 2011 by consumers.

Thanks to its aroma, to its homogeneous colour but above all to its unmistakable herb-aromatized taste , the Rôti de Blanc de Dinde, the Fiorucci herb-roasted turkey, has won the Saveur de l'Année 2010 award.

Rostello, the roast ham with an inimitable taste, obtained from the finest cuts of pork meat, was selected by French consumers as the product having the best taste for two years on end, thus winning the Saveur de l'Année 2008 and 2009 awards.
PRODUCT OF THE YEAR 2007
The pre-sliced Fiorucci salami and cured meats "Fior di Freschezza" won the Italy Product of the Year 2007 award. Consumers have particularly appreciated the special reclosable tray, which allow products to be better conserved and which extends the time during which they can be used.
